Love my new Eye Massager!

I just received my Eyeris 2 Eye Massager and it's incredible! I've been wanting one for ages and finally took the plunge. The heat setting is so relaxing, and the gentle massage is perfect after a long day staring at screens. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a bonus. I can't believe I waited this long! This is definitely going to be a part of my nightly routine. Highly recommend it!

Fast delivery, good scale

Bought the Smart Body Composition Scale. Arrived quickly. Easy to set up with the app. Works well. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable brand, consistent quality

This is my third purchase from Renpho.ca, this time I got the R3 Powerful Massage Gun. I've had their smart scale for a while and also bought an eye massager previously. What I always appreciate is the consistency in their product quality and the shipping. The massage gun arrived exactly when they said it would, well-packaged, just like my previous orders. It works great, really helps with post-workout soreness. Their products just always deliver on what they promise, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just good devices.

Decent air purifier, slow customer service

I got the HEPA Air Purifier for my living room. The unit itself works well, definitely noticed an improvement in air quality and it's quieter than I expected for its size. Setup was simple. However, I had a question about replacement filters and it took their customer service almost 3 days to get back to me. That was a bit frustrating. The free shipping was great, and the price was competitive, especially with a small first-order discount I found. Overall a good purchase, but they could improve on response times for support.

Detailed experience with Renpho

I recently ordered the R3 Powerful Massage Gun. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found it easy to navigate and add to cart. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was pretty much what they said it would be, no unexpected delays. The packaging was good, everything arrived safe. I had a question about one of the massage heads, so I contacted their support. They replied within 24 hours with a helpful answer. The massage gun itself feels well-made, not cheap plastic. It's powerful, and the different attachments are useful for various muscle groups. The battery life seems good too; I've used it several times without needing a recharge yet. Syncing it with the app was also simple enough, though I don't use the app features as much as I thought I would. Overall, a solid product and a smooth transaction.

Quick shipping, good massager

Bought a Leg Massager for Circulation. It arrived fast. Works as expected. Comfortable to use. Good product.

Good scale, nice discount

I was looking for a smart scale for a while and Renpho kept coming up. I ended up getting the Elis 1 Smart Scale during a seasonal sale. Got about 15% off, which made it a really good deal compared to others I looked at. Shipping was free too. Felt like I got a lot of features for my money, very happy with the purchase.

Great Smart Scale Experience

I recently ordered the Elis 1 Smart Scale from Renpho.ca, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and intuitive; I had no trouble finding the product and completing my purchase. Shipping was quite fast, arriving within about four business days, which was a nice surprise. Setting up the scale with the Renpho app was also surprisingly easy. It synced with my phone instantly, and the app itself is user-friendly, displaying all the body composition metrics clearly. The scale itself feels well-made and sturdy. I did have a quick question about syncing with Apple Health, so I used their online chat support, and the representative was helpful and answered my query quickly. The accuracy seems consistent compared to my previous scale. Definitely a solid product and a smooth transaction.

Good value for a massage gun

I was looking for a good deal on a massage gun and the Active Massage Gun caught my eye during their seasonal sale. With the discount, it felt like a really good price compared to other brands I looked at. Shipping was free, which always helps with the overall cost. The gun itself is powerful enough for what I need, and the battery life seems decent. It felt like I got a solid product without overspending, so the value for money was definitely there. Glad I waited for a sale.

Decent foot massager, minor shipping delay

I ordered the Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat, and it's quite effective for tired feet. The heat function is a nice touch, and the shiatsu rollers provide good relief. The website was easy to navigate for ordering. However, delivery took a little longer than the initial estimate – it was about a week instead of the promised 3-5 days, which was a slight inconvenience. The packaging was secure though, and the massager works perfectly. Customer service responded promptly when I inquired about the delay, which was reassuring. Overall, a good product, but they could improve on shipping time accuracy.
